Tour of Southern India The dishes I will be teaching in this class are from the Southern part of India. Malabar fish curry is my most favorite fish recipe. Menu - Malabar Coconut Fish curry , Chicken 65 , Basmati rice and Mango Lassi Our cooking classes are offered in our commercial studio located only a few minutes away from Charlotte NC
